“I met Sonny Parker multiple times out in the community and followed his work on social media. After seeing what he was accomplishing in the community, I approached him to see if there was anything I could do to help. I began by sharing his work on social media and then decided to invite him to speak at one of the service clubs I belong to. Our relationship continued to grow from there. Sonny’s mission is truly valuable to our community. These children will benefit from the lessons and life experiences available through the Mighty Cubs Program. I believe it will help guide our youth, prevent contact with the criminal justice system and help identify and treat mental health concerns.”
